did you go through today, afternoon I think, up near the BP garage, swore I heard a rumble, told all my team about and then saw a yellow rear heading off past the new flats and towards the Land Rover roundabout?

I prefer the smooth relaxed delivery of the fore stroke, far preferable over all that messy frenetic nonsense where everything happens far too quickly and makes yer eyes bulge

woo hoo - just picked the bike up. The front spring was corroded to the point of near breaking - phew, glad I trusted my instinct, and ears! Anyway, have now got manual ones. What they did was thread a bolt with a slotted end for a screwdriver into the housing tp prevent the plunger from retracting,...

Can't quite compete with the Flavio effort, but love it just the same. Post winter wash down to remove a load of crud. I'm having mine done next week and the conversation with the guy was: a) it's easy to mod the existing ones to be manual he said b) he thought Honda have modded the springs anyway but kept quiet about it c) I've printed the content from the forum about the rod mod and will talk to them about it will...
