another vote here for road 2s , the road 3s run the same compound apparently just a different tread pattern (according the michelin rep the only improvement on the road 3s is their ability in the wet which is down to the tread pattern)

Of course i will be there, and the idea of multiple routes sounds pretty good to me phreaps we should have a practice run this september

I reckon thats a good buy myself, for a bike with 2 owners to have covered them miles and look like it does it has to have been cared for, and chances are its been serviced regularly and not parked up for 5 months a year, i would buy it if i was still after one, and its a honda i dont see any reason...

I just had a thought on what may be an easier way of removing the cap after you have rounded it off, drill 2 holes and use the spanner for removing the nut on an angle grinder?

never had the problem so couldnt say if it would work or not but maybe worth a go.
