I just put a set of superbike bars on mine and got rid of the clip ons all together. I went with a 55mm riser and drilled into the top triple clamp to mount them. Put the bars in the mounts and what a difference it makes. No wrist pain at all even at slow speeds. It moved the bars up about 3 inches ...

so, the cam chain is itself under a lot of tension, and will shoot off the sprocket? doh!! the light begins to dawn. I just changed mine last week and was scared shitless to pull them. 2 Things cause pressure on the chain, the tensioner and the pressure of the valves wanting to close, so if you are ...

Sorry for the false alarm but I think it fixed itself. I reassembled it tonight and let it idle outside for 20 min then revved it up a few times and everything seems to be normal. Now I have to replace the air filter and plugs and ride like I stole it! Thanks guys!

Hi guys, I'm hoping to get some advice. Here is my situation.
