Re: Regulator power drain

I've found that getting a good earth is the key to a decent charge voltage on the storm, mine was in the high 12's until I drilled another hole just for the earth, now it's around the 14.2v mark. Don't forget to scrape the paint off back to metal around the hole. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/06...

Re: Hello! I have a question about the lower timing sprocket

Are you sure it's a chain failure or the common chain tensioner failure ?

Re: Hello! I have a question about the lower timing sprocket

It's not removable, it's a machined part of the crankshaft.

Re: what have you done to your "bike" today

Had to buy a new battery for it, ride to work fine but when I hit the starter to come home it spun over one revolution (not sluggish or slow) and stopped cranking. Tested the battery voltage at 12.6v, but even sidelights had it drop to 3v or less. Got a new exide battery from euro car parts for £40 ...

Re: what have you done to your "bike" today

Took it for a spanking to Matlock Bath and back.
Felt good, especially the suspension mods.
