shes up and running, finished off all loose ends today, heat protection fitted [electrics/plastics] finished wiring the rear lights and final fit of the fairings. Put some juice in her and she fired up, very nice sound from the exhaust, louder and more throaty than the twin microns i was running.......

Just come up with a name for the bike, though not very original? fits the bike imop, as i combined a vtr and a vfr shouldn't it now be known as a "VTFR" doesn't sound too daft to me, might have my graphic guy make me some mock-up decals and see what they look like. Oh and thought about put...

doing the conversion is not childs play....if your going for a straight swap and nothing else i suppose its not too dificult, you just need to extend the brake lines, new chain, exhaust and the machined parts needed. however if your going for something that is a little more out there it will test yo...

last few pics just added...what do you all think so far???? yes i know.....how far off the original hole is the new rear shock top mount!!!!!! its the only way to do it unless you want a 55mm lower arm mount making [£££'s] as with most things, if it looks right it usually is, plenty of measuring ...

she does look sweeeeeet.....hm plant for me now, i am going to put the main decal where you put your camel graphic [higher than normal to see more of it, i think if you compliment it with right extra graphics [like you have] you cant really spot the difference......like the exhausts and polished bit...

sssarm conversion getting there.....!
after a few weeks of neglect i have finally got the bike rolling again. fitted the wheel and re routed all the wiring yesterday. subframe and exhaust is bolted on, need to make a few brackets for cdi etc then the mechanics are finished. not sure what to do with paint now??? was going to do camel rep...
