get a dremmel or similar and carry on with the autosol, use the white round polishing heads to rub it in then just buff it off, i found it very theraputic [spelt wrong] then once they are done, use 2-3 coats of laquer to protect the finish then you just need to wash them off after the dust has built...

seems to me no one on here knows how to ride a twin in anger?? is it just me? if you throw it in a corner sideways [motard style] theres nothing better as nothing will spin up the rear like a twin with the right clutch control....! in standard trim the storm is a bit of a softie, but sort the front ...

i will do the rear tyre for £60 including postage anywhere in the uk i would say its a 8 out of ten, had some wear on the shoulders but plenty left and its a top quality tyre [very sticky] let me know, cheers richard

Just used nitromores for the first time to strip paint off the wheel, can't believe iv'e never used it before. the metzler recetec tyre is off the rim now so if you wan't it i can post next week. Geting the bolt sleave and the 5mm front sprocket spacer machined next weekend [bloke is away until then]

bikes are to be ridden not sat in a dust free lab and polished to death. i think its a shame when you read "its never seen rain, unless i was caught out" it either means they are a bit soft, or can't ride in the rain??? you tell me. with the right gear and enough red bull or monster, which...

decided paint is the way to go with the wheels [or rear at least] front looks nice as it is, so maybe a black centre and polished lip for the rear? might have some smaller bits done in black but not going the whole hog with the single sided swing arm as it should look nice cleaned up and maybe polis...

yeah iv'e noticed that about colour, hence the reason iv'e decided to have a custom yellow paint made up and using troy bayliss camel livery on mine, each to thier own i say, but mine should stand out from the crowd hopefully [spending enough on it to do so!!!]

will be uploading pics this weekend, it should all be test fitted then dissasembeled for paint and polishing etc before final assembly.
