I just cut a nice curve out of my lowers with a coping saw and then rounded the edges with sand paper , it looks like it was made that way now .
Not sure about giving the beast a good thrapping though !! I just gave myself a pat on the back lol

Had my storm mot'd today at German Auto Engineering and what a great bunch they are , took care of my bike and even put it on a paddock stand to test wheel bearings etc , never had that done before ! Before anyone asks no I dont work there or know anyone who works there . I would recommend them ...

11 years this year , bought in 2000 when it was 3 years old and only had 600 miles on the clock £4200. Now has 18000 miles and all the usual mods ie airbox ,suppresors out from plug caps , wp rear shock ,ohlins fork springs , lowers ,hugger and this year titax levers , they are fab. Only broke down ...

Good question , when she sleeps I usually try to watch porn and knock one out but she always wakes up and goes nuts !!

I fancy getting a double bubble screen and I'm open to suggestions on which make to get , never had one before and so many vtr's have them .
I want one that looks good and does the job too , any suggestions ?

Thanks everyone for your welcomes , update on carb ballancing , did it today with the cheap ballancer off e bay , piece of cake , just had to buy a t piece for vac pipe and a little bit fiddly getting the nipple fitted to front cylinder but left it in and plugged with golf T . be even easier next ...

Yea it sounded great but when I started it up it sounded different turning over on the starter , just the carbs to ballance now as never done that since I bought it , just got one of those cheap ballancers of flea bay ! I'll give it a go the next time its not raining .
