Doing the rounds, a dark blue unmarked Vectra, on Sunday, driven by a youngster mentored by an auld salt. Got a pull right after a sweet run (overtook them at 80 on the approach to a blind dipping right-left combo) and thankfully the Auld Salt did the Q&A's and let me off with 'some advice'. It...

Yeah, empty road done me at 73, cop said 71 was the limit to let me go.........when he said i had 2 choices i thought great, speed awareness course so no points but he soon shattered that hope when he said go to court or accept the fixed penalty :(

They were hiding on this road today.............3 points and £60 fine :evil: still on a positive note it could have been between builth wells and llandovery and that would have been a completely different matter :twisted:

oh to be able to run round them roads when ever the feeling takes you.............might have to move back to Scotland, cant think of many bad bike roads in the borders
