Does anyone know where I can get blanking plates for the indicator holes in the front fairing? I got some from HG and also ordered a set from e-bay, both sets are too small even though the HG are Honda 'universal', and the e-bay ones stated Honda Firestorm.

As Benny says - blue? If it's the same colour as mine (as in my avatar) it is Jerez Blue metallic

Mine is on a 02 plate but is the smaller tank, IMO it is the best colour, looks great with the sun on it. Now get ready for all the red owners comments

Carb balancing kit from e-bay arrived this morning. :D Seems simple enough :lol: After much fiddling about (why do they put things in the most awkward places :?: ), burning hands and dropping the blanking plug which took about 30 mins and a magnet to retrieve, I got the kit set up. Steve the real question is how many litres did it take to refill the tank? If it only took 8 litres to do 80 miles then there is nothing wrong with the engine/carburation and I'd suggest your fuel sensor is a bit keen. Fitted new plugs, air filter, oil filter, changed oil. Hopefully fuel consumption will improve
