Re: TYRE WEIGHT

The PO charged me £16 to post a rear which is bloody steep,I am doubtful of it weighing fourteen and a half pounds.

Re: Spare Parts

Hi
The bike will cost me £650 back from the insurance so I must get a least that back for the whole bike.So any offers to make that happen and I,ll get them to deliver it back home.
I posted pics of the accident here.

Re: Good Start

HI ALL
A Bandit 1300 turned up today so I have wheels till it,s sorted. There is some dings on the frame rails so maybe I won't see it again.I definitely prefer the v twin over a four now which feels very mundane.I miss it bad already.

Re: Good Start

Hi I Thank thank all for the messages, inside I'm in bits .It took quite a bashing and the thick sheet over it stopped all the usual scrapes but it must have put bad stress on the frame as it sprang back when the weight of the car was removed.I am worried about the repairer or assessor just replacing...

Re: Spitting is it ok?

No Storm that's right should be popping , banging or farting .Not only is it rude but it,s very bad for the valves.
Sound nice when it's sorted,I like quiet pipes and less antisocial which tells you I'm an old git.
