Re: Bar conversion
Looking to get the standard clipons off. Anyone got something which requires minimal fairing destruction? If you want it right, and to look like it belongs there, get a Cool & comfy top yoke with ultra low Renthal bars, works well. You'll just need to trim the ears on the fairing, no biggie, al...

Re: hullo!
Welcome, yeah the big V Twins do tend to get under your skin.
I've had V Twins for 22 years now, and to this day still have a few, I can't seem to get the same enjoyment out of anything else.

Cheekyads 21 today
Just to let you all know that it's cheekyads 21st birthday today. Obviously with Covid restrictions we can't have a party, or anything, we are doing our best to celebrate the day with him. I just thought that a message from some of you guys that have known him for years would add to the joy of his d...

Re: Earthing on reg/rec
Not sure on other peoples advise on this, I had my sub frame powder coated, I ran a tap down the original bolts holes to make sure the thread was clean, which would give me a good earth to the frame, then ran a separate earth wire from the bolt fixings directly to batteries earth terminal, my theory...

Northern Ireland Meeting 2021
Hi all, just an heads up, unless anyone else wants to take it on, I will be organising the meeting again for 2021. I have spoke to AMCQ46 about trying to keep the dates for this meeting, and the Scottish one as far apart as we can, this is to allow a gap for those who would like to attend both meeti...

Re: SP1 brake pads
Believe it or not, the best all round brake pads for road use are the the original Honda Nissin ones.
Don't know about for track use.

Re: How long have you owned your VTR?
Had 3 Storms over the years, got my first one in 1999, sold that, and got my second one in 2004, the third one in 2017.
Still got the later 2, that puts me on 21 years overall, still think they're a great bike, with a sound that puts a smile on your face everytime you twist the throttle

Miztaziggy has had to drop out, someone else, a friend of Littlechris has taken his place.
As mentioned above, there's still the option to camp on site, or a B&B locally.

If anyone else wants to come along, contact me, and I'll put you on a reserve list, other than that, there is an option to camp on the si...

Re: Op Storm Wales 2020 September 11th 12th 13th
The location marker for that link/postcode is smack bang in the middle of a farm yard. There are two turnings to the right, the first one takes you through the farm yard, so probaly not the best option even if it is correct accordig to your Prat Nav's... The second turning is probably the correct o...
