Re: RST or Richa leathers?

As for fit for the individual, most of us must be different shapes and sizes which can't help. I agree custom made would be the best option if it were not for the cost. Chris. This is why I mentioned Furygan in my earlier post, they seem to make them to fit men in the real world, I found them extre...

Re: RST or Richa leathers?

Neither of them, if you're looking for a 2 piece then I'd recommend Furygan leathers, they're well made and a true fit, rather then made for little skinny Japanise people. Sportsbikeshop have a good stock. If you're looking at 1 piece then in my opinion Arlen Ness leathers are the best Re- textiles ...

Re: Statement of intent

I always think, there's things for what ever reason you can't change, so learn to live with them, and there's things you can change, so stop moaning, get on with it and change them. Example. You can't change the people in your environment, but you can change your environment, to meet different peopl...

Re: GP Speedway final

Well Tai Woffindon did it, but it wasn't all plain sailing, hope some of you got to watch it. What a fantastic night, the atmosphere in the Stadium was just amazing, the Polish fans were a credit to their country, they made the British fans feel welcome, and showed every respect to our man taking th...

Re: GP Speedway final

Sounds like a crackin weekend, don't drink too much cheap polish vodka Yeah I've no doubt we'll be trying a few of the local stuff later, the atmosphere in the old town of Torun is brilliant, plenty of support for the Brits. Looks like the weather is going to be kind to us too, it was sunny and 19°...

GP Speedway final

Just been to the practice session of the GP Speedway in Torun, Poland. The stadium is fantastic, really looking forward to the final tomorrow night. Just wondered if any other forum members are out here ? If not try watching it on BT Sport tomorrow night, should be on about 7ish, look out for some k...

Re: Michelin tyres

For what its worth, last year i decided to try something completely different and got some Metzeler M7RRs. It proved to be a good move, they worked well for the Storm and give great confidence in the wet, I got 3,500 miles out of the rear, I'm expecting 7 to 8,000 out of the front. Not the cheapest,...

Martins (BennyHedges) bench update

Just letting you all know me and cheekyads went round to Bennys bench on our way home from the VTR meeting in Wales, said a few word from all of us, and shared a can of John Smiths with him. Good job we called, the new owners of the campsite have been trying to find out who the bench belonged too, a...

New members location ?

Can people who join, and some who are already members who haven't bothered to do so, please put their location into their profile, It's so annoying when people post up for help, advise etc and the person trying to help doesn't even know where about in the country / world you are :Hammer: It doesn't ...

Re: Clutch Problem

A bit hard to give any help without seeing and trying it. Without diving in too deep, I'd start at the beginning, so the first thing I'd do is take the engine oil filler cap off, pull the clutch lever as normal and look through the filler hole to see how much the clutch plates are moving and report ...
