Re: what have you done to your "bike" today

Hawk,

What cut is the flywheel ?

I ask that question gingerly as I know that there are a million different cuts and folks have strong opinions .

I am just curious .

For what it's worth my pipes are definitely not the same length and I have had no issues with running .

I admire your tenacity .

I also have no thermostat and an electric water pump but that is academic as I have manuals. Maybe a poll of which tensioner fai...

Re: Roger Says...Wait he did?

I for one would love to know Rogers take on the ACCT ! I have manuals in my bike because of all the horror stories out there . I would much rather have the ACCTs in situ however as so many bad reports were out there it was one of the first things I did. I often reflect on this and wonder how it is t...

Re: Engine break in

I find this topic very interesting. I was in the motor industry for 42 years and started as an apprentice Truck Mechanic. I used to talk to the owners of these expensive machines about how they ran their motors in. There was 2 schools of thought, one was follow the rules and the other was drive it h...

Re: Sprocket cover

I'm worried Hawk might be coming down with a mild case of OCMD.

Lots of us on here know the symptoms, starts out with one small thing and escalates into a major project.

We better keep an eye on him .
