I know what ya mean i dont turn it off ever but once it did decide to keep coming out of def the tank p-----g out i had just turned it off tho never done it again always wait a bit after stopping engine now.suppose would be a good idea to take the vacume pipe off first !

non drip/quick release fuel coupling

Has anyone tried one of these devices, just found one in motrax magazine in motorcycle news and it seams like a good idea as i find it a git to lift the tank and get fingers to the pipe under the tank and some times there is still slight vacume so that petrol still comes out when you remove pipe.?

Thanks for reminding me i clean forgot about carb balancer off Alan got completly caught up in wiring loom mess must speek to him to see if he still got it and sorry the milking stool has now become welded to the bike its been there so long.

Almost looks like bike again Image should get paint work back this week just wiring to sort out cus battery has had to move and a new set of tyres on refinished wheels and lets hope by then the weather is good.

cheers it would appear that my loom had already been moved before i started work as it was allready up behind main frame spar well before thermostat i think this is because there was no fairing on when i got it and it is on show,but it was for some reason running behind main spar all way along no wh...

does anyone have any pics of the wirring loom on the bike where it passes along side the carbs on the left and inside the frame. More important is the route it takes as it passes through the frame and is it under or over the plastic shield.I have started installing the loom on my bike after re build...

Just like to say i make cans for triumph motorcycles and when it comes to packing dont cram the wadding in really tight.Just one even layer of wire wool followed by a just enough wadding rapped around the wool and baffel to comfortably take up the space left not to tight not really loose.if you pack...

Thanks sounds easy enough to attach but not sure what will be adjusting if i find they are out and if i leave pipes attached with blanks in end so that i can attach guages easily can i make any adjustments withoout removing tank while engine is running.
