Yep it's been on a bit of a jurney & its next one will be to the scrap yard... :lol: I might be able to save the very seized triangle bracket off it but previous efforts to remove the bolt have left it with a bit of a crease...so basicaly its ferked... :lol: :lol: To be fair its been up amd dow...

Having my shock rebuilt at the moment. Ohlins want absolute mad price for them. I can get one cheaper.

Or you could have what i had. Exactly those systems except i didnt have a tenp guage, just boiling water out of the over flow. Turns out the water pump impellor had snapped = no pumped water.

Take the radiator cap off when idiling and you should see te water flowing round when you snap the throttle

it works. just transformed my pillon footpegs! make up a solution of sodium hydroxide (watch your eyes) drop in your anodised aluminium bits and bobs. leave for half an hour stirring and agitating occasionally. if necessary give a scrub with a washing up pad. dunk in vinegar to neutralise the NaOh....
