Re: Thieving Buggers!

Thats the problem nowadays- scum thievin everything even when it is tied down, and the coppers dont give a toss about the theft, cause its easier to hand out a "failure to display" ticket to the law abiding..

Re: Enhanced rider scheme - worth it?

Must agree that getting the international sign for go faster, :Argue 1: , by the man in white whilst already above the speed limit is the most unnatural feeling ever- it also banishes any stupid thought that even although the majority of the cops ride around on "tourers" it will take a hec...

Re: Do I buy a Firestorm?

As an x zxr 750 R thrasher, and avid luster for a '12- I can only say that you will not be disapointed in the twin- I even travelled 5hrs to go get mine all those years ago- ok you miss the out and out top end rush, but its sooo easy to adapt to the gentler thrust ( not that it slows you down on any...

Re: hello from damp tayside

Sorry for looking ignorant and not keeping up to date, but for my sins work have got me up near Oban for the next 8 weeks, where even phones are a novelty. Was thinking of bringing the bike over to blast around in the evenings, but sure glad I did not last week due to the weather. Rain and wind ever...

Re: hello from damp tayside

Cheers chaps- Think I have the basic process correct in my mind, but playing around with something that can end up in a big mess sometimes makes me shiver.. Will see if I can get in touch with someone up here who has done it and bite the bullet before the inevetable happens. Might even make an excus...
