for antifreeze try a vauxhall dealer as they sell silicate free anti freeze and it has been designed to give maximum protection for alluminium engines and it is a lot cheaper than what honda dealers charge and even what halfords charge

go to your local vauxhall dealer,they sell the antfreeze you need,and it is a good price,and cilicate free

if changing sprocket sizes you should never use a smaller sprocket size on the front,the reason is you will increase the wear rate of the chain(tighter chain run not good)
