-1 front wont equate to exactly +1 rear though will it given sprocket size difference?

From a gear ratio perspective though, ive always been lead to believe "down one on the front is equal to two up on the rear"

Making a 5mm one now, the joys of having no real work to do ay?

Is ally too soft to make a shock spacer?

Ive knocked up a couple of 3mm ones to start with, going to use 1 with a stainless washer over the top making a circa 4mm spacer in total

Do the stompgrip type thinks really make that much of a difference?

I really want some high level ones, for looks alone
