Finally got a good few miles in. Nothing broke or fell off. The new riding position is sweet and I've got the suspension set up almost where i want it. I was attacked by a flock of Triumphs though!

I know this might feel like a cop-out suggestion... but are you worried about getting the lower bearing cone off? If you have the means to get to a motorbike shop without your bike, you could take your lower yoke and replacement seal to a bike shop and they would have it done in minutes. Saves messi...

Thanks guys, I love the new look. I think it works well with the lines of the tank and fairing. The extra legroom with the seat height and the new handlebar position feels like a completely new bike.
