Re: Dilemma - keep the storm?

The timing of the thread revival is apt. Although I haven't progressed any further, I'm now at a crunch point. Re: VTR track bike conversion

It went really well thanks, no accidents, although my front brake was loose and leaking after the first session! Holy hell. All good though. Had a great time with my mate on a low mileage '98 R1. They are still so very rapid. But the grunt and confidence inspiring ride of the Firestorm hunted him d...

Thanks chaps, I'm really pleased with it.

Just hoping I don't slide it down the track.

Brand new Diablo Supercorsa should be inspiring.

Re: VTR track bike conversion

I had my fairings painted and they look amazing. The logos are airbrushed. The honda sign on the tank is special, but it's all amazing. A few other mechanical updates were added over winter but the engine is standard. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20220507/fb63ac567145fa41d6a934dd4b180429.jpg htt...

Thanks.

I doubt I'll notice any difference. I hardly use all the current power and it's silky smooth as it is. (he says with rose tinted spectacles)
