It wont be the mains anyway as it's the lower end of the spectrum where he has issues, so it will be the pilot circuit and possibly needle height. A couple of things...did you install the rubber block off's in the corners of the airbox with the K&N? What size pilot jets are you running and did ...

new plugs and oil filter about 500 miles, has 190 jets and k&n filter with rumas cans
carbs sonicly cleaned as well

i mainly feel in at about 2500-3500 revs not all the time some times leaning round a roundabout it will miss big cluck as it misses not good some times at the lights ticking over it will miss and cut out :oops: because everyone is looking at the bike and the noise :wink: and they think you have stal...

It also comes in handy for doing controlled hill starts by freeing the right hand to smoothly control the throttle at the bite point i am old :lol: but not been riding for that long legally on the road had trouble not using the back brake because of x`s but i was taught to use it for my lessons hil...

how do i post a picture of my bike as well See the read me for new members in my signature. As for receiving emails you should automatically receive an email to any threads you have posted in. I usually use the Muc off PTFE stuff but I'm going to try and save some pennys and start using WD40. I read an interesting article recently where they compared chain life on O ring chains using chain lube and WD and the chain done just as well on WD...... and it kept it clean. It's personal prefere...

i use long lube an engineering spray grease but it does flick if you put to much on and it sticks like glue to your sponge
