i just sat on the bike with a rachet and pulled the fecker ! worked for me!

Tray, yeah got it sorted by myself, took my time and it was all pretty simple in the end - dont think i can hear a rattle or a whine anyway! seen your post about the rr, i got one off ebay for a 2006 cb125 and it was straight swop over plug in and play, its finned so shouldnt overheat and its runnin...

battery terminals fine, just tried the optimiser on it along, not connected to the mains and it was ticking over at 13.5v

just a click just before firing, you know the clicking sonud you get when the batterys goosed

Benny, I won this and have just fitted it, bike started up fine and ran as normal - does that mean its all good to go? it even bolted into both holes! dont want to get out on the open road for it to go! also just noticed a clicking noise when i press the starter....i assume from the starter relay bu...

i have got one of those shark skinz ones then., thought it was a power bronze! i did have it painted red but never looked natural as the red was not quite the same as the rest of the bike, so i painted it black and much prefer the look now.

done my oil, rounded off the drainage bolt so had to borrow a rather good socket that cuts into the rounded bolt and hey presto off in seconds! then replaced it with a nice new shiny bolt and washer BEFORE i but the oil in :clap: got a rectifier coming off ebay -thanks for the link benny! put on fai...
