I feel the bars or at to much of a angle downwards and a bit low

Engine for sale good condition and works fine 27000 miles on it and it's got manual cam chain tensioners fitted starter motor and oil cooler and lines open to offers as i need it gone it's in the way if it don't sell on here in the next week it will go on eBay

Just seen these on eBay what's your thoughts on them
