Re: fork springs (again)
Go with 130 mm airgap (again, info from Roger D). With oem internals, use 10w oil. I have racetech compression valves, tapered rebound needles, racetech springs 0.875, and run Motorex 5w oil

Re: 6 Sigma Custom Carburetor Carb Stage 1-3 Jet Kit
50 isn't a standard pilot jet, and I don't think the main jets they supplied will be the same size as Honda supply as standard, either. bit confusing from my side, standard I ment standard size numbering, like Dynojet has their own main jets and numbering. But anyway these pilots are only "sta...

Re: 6 Sigma Custom Carburetor Carb Stage 1-3 Jet Kit
Hi, my FactoryPro 1.1Ti kit contains only titanium needles, standard main jets, and standard 50 pilots. So difference is in needles with adjustable positions. Re: day at the dyno
I believe that biggest problem is not in jets (both), but in needle slide speed. As I wrote, if you want to go with cotton filter, use Dynojet kit. Or block one hole in front and use paper filter. 48 pilots is just fine tuning (my bike is italian and stock pilots are 45). Higher fuel consuption can ...

Re: day at the dyno
Hi, I am sometimes on Superhawk forum, but reading you guys as well :-) Your dyno looks almost the same as mine, when I got it from dyno tuning. My setup was FactoryPro needles, BMC Filter, 180+182 jets (KHI numbering), 50 pilot jets, Arrow full exhaust. Current setup is Fpro needles, 180+182 jets, ...
