hi matey

the wheels are done , look good !

got the bearing but still need seals and a new front tyre before i fit them , might be a while as the credit crunch takes hold !

ive got 3mm on the rear , yoke dropped 6mm .

linear forksprings 7.5wt oil, spacer cutdown and taper ground , forget the airgap now .

turns in quick , sometimes too quick has caught me out a few times but wont change it as its good for the real twisty stuff !

hmm thats odd i would expect the 2 to be connected . how much of the clip on is actually on the fork leg ? mine is only raised 12mm , i dropped the yokes 6mm and i measured 6mm before i dropped em to the very top of the fork leg . i cut 2 spacers , removed the little wire clip on the fork leg , put ...

dont the lug on the clipon fit into the hole in the riser seen in pic one ?


i have homemade risers fitted to mine and the lug isnt secured in the lug , not been a problem for me fella

that area should be masked mate .. If its the bit that sticks out near the cush drive with a oring . Will find out soon lol

thanks mate ! Will look different with the 6 spokes !

All i have done is remove the valve , dust seals , o ring and bearings .

They are masking everything up so should be good to go when they are done .

i have sent them with a friend who is taking them tomorrow , he knows which parts i want leaving .

hi all am after some advice , i am looking to get my 6 spokes coated. Bearings are out and i can make caps to plug the bearing areas. What should i do with the cush drive area and where the thin o ring sits on the rear also i wondered if i need to cover where the discs sit on the front its a vfr fro...
