back brake pads destroyed!!

After my incident running into the Gixer 1000 I noticed my rear brake wasn’t working, now the RSV rear brake isn’t the greatest to start with but would at least hold in on an incline, but not anymore it was totally u/s, a quick visual inspection revealed the braided hose had parted company from the ...

Re: bad luck comes in 3's

Bloody hell, man, that's a bad triple right there. Take it out on the bike.... certainly a lesson learnt, and one you may want to take note of, the feeling of reaching for the brake lever only to find it not where it should be is not one I'd care to repeat, the radial M/C is a lovely thing as you k...

bad luck comes in 3's

Well they say bad luck comes in 3’s, I hope this is true because I think I’ve just had my 3. The first came when I managed to dropped the bike in the garage fitting the rear paddock stand, to get the wheels out for their new boots, so I’m putting the stand on the bobbins and realise my pushbike is i...

Re: Arai RX7 to good to be true??

I emailed Arai's UK distributor yesterday here's their response : Thankyou for contacting us Unfortunately fake helmets can be common, particularly online. As a helmet manufacturer Arai try to keep ontop of it, but as the UK distributor, we are limited as to what we can do, other than report our fin...

Re: Arai RX7 to good to be true??

eBay are ultimatley to blame for allowing it. You couldn't walk into Motorcycle City or other high st stores and purchase a fake item. They would be in big trouble for that so why should online stores like eBay be allowed to get away with it. Customs and Excise can only do so much to stop fake / il...

Re: OP STORM SW Scotland Mk6, Aug 10th to 13th 2018

Your brother on an RC8!!!! Eeeek. I'm looking forward to watching that disappear into the distance. depending which year RC8 it is, late models are much better than earlier ones either way it's unlikely to be any quicker than your Tuono I was thinking more of the pilot than the bike. Have you seen ...
