Re: CCT change

If you replace with genuine Honda CCT's you will still have the same issues of waiting for the spring to break and drop the valves into the pistons. If you do decide to go for Honda Auto's you need to do the stopper mod to prevent the plunger retracting in the event of the spring breaking. If you wa...

Re: CCT change

I bought mine from Rider on a Storm (Tray) for, if I remember correctly, 50 euros delivered with insurance. Tray is just getting back into the forum following an illness so I don't know the hang time for delivery but they are really good quality items. I saw you left a message on his thread (but cal...

Re: CCT change

VTRKidda, I meant use the search facility in the top right corner of the forum. You will find lots of stories like Dragonbacks and just as many explanations as to how to do it and where to buy the manual CCT's from. There are a number of people who can help you out with the manuals and Tony.mon rece...

Re: A bad film

If you're going old school what about the Wild Ones?
Marra did you ever see the documentary about Bert Munroe? I got a copy from MCN on a DVD, "the making of the worlds fastest Indian". What an engineer he was and amazingly determined.

Re: A bad film

"Hell Ride" is good for one liners, ( very Tarantino ) but cheesy very old "Leather boys" good for looking at old bikes, 50s 60s and good shots of Ace Cafe in its hey day, but has homosexual overtones, what ever floats your boat i suppose. "On any Sunday" Steve McQueen...

Re: Manual CCT's for sale.

Welcome back Tray. Sorry to hear about your misfortune and hope you are well on the mend matey.
If anyone is interested I have Tray's manual CCT's on my bike (fitted them the week after I bought the bike) and they are really nice quality at a good price.
Best of luck,

Re: A bad film

Yes mate, that's the cinematic masterpiece! It featured a chap by the name of Ice cube or some such nonsense. Really very bad film.
There aren't many (any) fictional bike films you can call good that I can recall.
