Re: Sequence: Front or rear suspension upgrade?
Yeah forks first, though in hindsight I would have pulled the forks 5mm through before hand and ridden it for a bit before having the work done. Just to get a better understanding of how each change affects the feel. Anyway, I'm still on the standard rear and it feels fine. I do plan on buying one a...

Re: Harly Davidson VTR?
I raced one in Project Gotham on Xbox... funny that they'd include it in a game when it's not so well known.
I just remember the paint scheme being funny, not seen much about them otherwise.

Fitted a HealTech quickshifter. Not had a chance to test it out yet but will report back.
Re: Ariel Ace
I think that Hesketh, as cool as it is, looks a bit frumpy, I'd take a Norton commando over that any day http://images.mcn.bauercdn.com/upload/260945/images/norton-static-1.jpg The new Norton's do look good, they're apparently a bit gutless but one guy made a modern Triton and got it closer to 100b...
Re: Ariel Ace
the configurator on their site is a bit of fun, this is probably how I'd order one... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v389/Devildude/Screen%20Shot%202015-10-27%20at%2012.23.06_zpspshlsvlb.png If it's a bespoke V-twin you want to spend lots of money on, a Hesketh might be more you're style http://w...

Took its clothes off, ready to fit a new toy once it arrives...
Might whip the wheels off for a good clean, clean the chain and give everything a good once over while I'm in there too. Need something to do while the roads are gritted!

E.Marquez - they look good, can that finish be kept basically by washing them as normal with the rest of the bike?

Re: Ceramic Coating - Headers
Ah yeah Cerakote, I thought I had read about something else, as that name is obviously a ceramic coating! Anyway it was in Practical Sportsbikes, and they mentioned Flying Tiger... http://www.facebook.com/flyingtigercoatings
Interested to know how it turns out if you do go for it.

Re: Ceramic Coating - Headers
There's a new coating technique mentioned in RiDE recently... can't remember what it was called and Google isn't turning anything up. Some sort of super-hard, microns thin, all the rage in military sort of deal, I'll find out when I get home.
