Re: Bikeless!

good for you mate. i just had a look on google images at the yam, how can that be so much more comfy? is it cos mrs vtryorks (FZ1n.yorks) sits a bit lower?? I think its a mixture of things. The Fazer has a much more comfy seat but the naked, well I reckon the seat padding is a tiny bit better than ...

Re: Hitler

i think the main value of learning about hitler is an understanding of the political and social situation of germany at the time he came to power. point being to make sure it could,nt happen again. The thing is, its happening now to an extent. Poor macro-economic conditions, racial tension, immigra...

Re: Bikeless!

Well done on getting the new bike mate. Does the Mrs's elbow approve? She only had a 2 minute ride (1 minute longer than normal...AHEM)....but yes, apparently her iron bottom does in fact approve of the tiny little seat pad. I have to admit, whilst its massively different to the storm, its a cracki...

Re: Bad roads

Its the same around here sadly. The roads are absolutely shocking in most of West Yorkshire. I was down in Warwickshire today on the new bike and the roads were much much better. Its very annoying to have to return home and be faced with 6ft long shallow pot holes which are not even marked for repai...

Re: Hitler

For all the horrific deeds committed under his authority, there is no denying that he is one of historys great leaders in terms of inspiring his people. It would be foolish to think that the German people were already inclined towards such dogma prior to him taking power. He was an individual with s...

Ride Magazine Survey

Just thought I'd share this for our SP owners. Pretty nice results for the SP1/SP2 in the Ride Magazine reader survey this month. In the "Most Reliable" category, 1st! In the "Best Gearbox" category, 1st! In "Best Build Quality" it came 2nd behind the Fireblade. Unsurpr...

Re: Bikeless!

The link pipes...they are standard level but I have no idea what they fit. Had this discussion with Jazzscot sometime ago and they seemed too short for stan...
