You've been added to the "we hate you and you smell" list.

Delete the bookmark and make a new one.

Clear your cookies for the site and re-log in might help with the kick outs.

I'd do the same for all your temp folders too and see how that goes.

I had a similar problem recently eventually traced it to Norton firewall. Dumped it and replaced with Mcafee no more probs.
I was born with nothing and I still have most of it left.
