I am worried that the weather will be pants, I don't mind whilst up there but 4 and a half hour ride in the rain will put me off coming.

You needn't worry. I have arranged for sunshine for the Saturday and Sunday. I'll see what I can do about Friday.

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Hi guys
Not 100% sure yet if i can make it yet :( i really want to come as i'm a new member and would like to meet up with you all and feel more involved with the forum, plus it would be nice to put faces to names :biggrin but it's my Birthday on the 17th and i think my partner and 10 year old son have other plans for me :Argue:
I'd suggest to my partner to follow us on in the car with the tent, sleeping bags etc as a support veihcle, my son could hop on the back with me, he's always on the back, he won't let me go out on the bike without him, but reading between the lines i get the feeling that Operation Storm 11 may not be the type of event to welcome partners and kids.
Please correct me if i'm wrong

No, it'll be fine for partners and kids, my sister dropped in to the Vic last time (she lives fairly locally) and bought me a vibrating rock ring from the machine in the ladies.

Great for putting a head back on your beer.

And my daughter's been coming to the Bulldog Bash for a day since she was 13.

Just make sure they bring their pocket money, in case you run a bit short of beer tokens.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
