Hopefully I should be able to join providing I can afford insurance this year and that I'm not on excercise, have to do something with the missus, have exams or work (Jesus Christ I've just realised how much I do in a week ).
if you cant afford a year just insure it month by month with ebike... if its garaged over winter theres no sense paying for insurance if you dont need it.
