I'm going as I owe Dave a packet of Hob Nobs....
Who's gonna join me?

Re: ThunderBikes at Brands Hatch.
I could make the Sunda as I am on holiday the 7 days before, brands is down the road from me.
Re: ThunderBikes at Brands Hatch.
I'll have to call that one a maybe, depending on work/income.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
Re: ThunderBikes at Brands Hatch.
According to the booklet I have from Brands it's £10 advance on-line, I don't think it's much more than that on the gate TBH, but bring your cheque book if you want to buy an ice cream....cybercarl wrote:I will join you for that, how much does it cost? Lets hope the weather is better this time.

It's late July so take sun cream, a mankini, an umbrella & your thermals to cover all aspects of the British summer.

You know I will be there, unless the wheels fall off my bike. You need someone to look after ya.
Re: ThunderBikes at Brands Hatch.
I can make Sunday race day, I will be on my Fazer though as Girlfriend wants to go and insurance company want £50 to add her to Storm policy as admin fee, policy runs out in September so told them to stuff it.

The girlfriend can come as long as the sight of us performing man huggs and kisses won't put her off, and she is willing to join in.Duffy1964 wrote:I can make Sunday race day, I will be on my Fazer though as Girlfriend wants to go and insurance company want £50 to add her to Storm policy as admin fee, policy runs out in September so told them to stuff it.![]()

Re: ThunderBikes at Brands Hatch.
OK Chaps & Lady....
Sunday 29th July. Meet at the Harvest petrol station/Vauxhall dealers,A20 roundabout* 9 to 9.30am.
* For those coming/planning to come who have not met here before. Junction 3 on the M25. Look for the A20 for Dartford. There is a brown sign for Brands Hatch as well. Do NOT take the the slip road for the M20 & do NOT take A20 for London. If in doubt go all the way round the roundabout a time or two
Although it's traffic light controlled so you may be there some time.
Pull into the service station, fill up, stretch your legs, have a fag & wait.
Aim to leave about 9.45 for Brands & we head for the paddock entrance.
This is a tried & tested meet up spot...trust me.
If anyone who wants to come & join in, but is a bit unsure or cant be there at that time & place PM me & we'll sort out numbers & stuff & meet you inside Brands.
Oh best PM me anyway if coming so that on the day we don't leave meet up point without someone...you know it makes sense.
See you on the 29th.

Re: ThunderBikes at Brands Hatch.
TBH I don't think they police things like that too much Carl. Like most tracks you cant get too close & there is a fence in the way. Bring both, suck it & see.....cybercarl wrote:
