I did think about that. Apparently, I just need to keep on top of strengthening the muscles that support the knee. I'll check with the physio. I have 4 sessions with her

Well as its the new year I have decided its time to get in shape so I have got my giant advanced sl carbon road bike hooked up to the turbo trainer to start before getting out on the road when the better weather comes
If I can stick with it I might be up for a few challenges later in the year but need to lose a good stone in weight first lol

I know right? Aiming higher next year Nah, that was on a road bike(cycle) and was over 100 miles if you include the ride to the start
