I did think about that. Apparently, I just need to keep on top of strengthening the muscles that support the knee. I'll check with the physio. I have 4 sessions with her :)

I know right? :D Aiming higher next year :thumbup: Nah, that was on a road bike(cycle) and was over 100 miles if you include the ride to the start :)
