You can buy my trailer cheap, just get yourself a tow bar :-)

Do you fancy that Donington road bike only day?

Lol.

I was faster in first 2 sessions, he wasn't getting the power on out of corners early enough and I kept getting past.
We were about the same for the next 3 sessions, but at the end of that, I nearly had a high side and lost all confidence in my back tyre.
For the last 2, he was quicker than me as I was short shifting, and doing the corners in 4th where I had been in 2nd or 3rd before, trying to avoid the high side.

He is pretty quick to be fair to him, judging by his lap times at Oulton, he would be running in top half of fast group.

The thing that puts us both off is this, scroll to 2:00 and also 2:20, those overtakes are mental:

Yeah, me too. I would probably end up with a fight if someone did that to me.

It's a tough choice.

Novice - a mixed bag, some fast, some slow, some really slow.
The speed isn't the problem, the fact that some of them take the most absurd lines and swerve about all over the track, braking mid corner causes issues.

Inter - from what I gather talking to people, it's also a mixed bag. Lots of people move up from novice thinking 'it's not my first track day', but they're still really slow and off line / brake mid corner.

Fast - mostly quite quick, some very quick. From what I have been told, sometimes it's really good, sometimes, there'll be people there testing their race set up, and treat it like a race, trading paint, sticking it down the inside and forcing others to sit up mid corner etc etc.

I enjoyed Oulton a lot better when I was in Inters rather than Novice. Can actually predict what people are going to do. I was in the faster portion of the group despite being on my old bandit 600! It takes quite a lot of effort to get that thing to corner. Looking forward to doing it on the rsv now.
