Is that all activity knackered or are you still able to ride?

Just can't run.... And I hated running anyway :(

Cycling is ok, VTR is ok, trials bike ok with knee brace.

Will talk to consultant next week and see if I should have reconstruction surgery

Saw a few storms but didn't recognise any faces.
Was a good ride, weather mostly held off.
Let me know if you see yourself

Was a great day weather pretty good for this late in the year, thanks Bob for the excellent company so much better riding with a mate , was a good turnout at birch and a very respectful and well organised run, shame Virt and Al couldn't make it but it's a fair old way when the weather is shite, can't wait for the next op storm now. Got talking too a guy with a yellow storm from Nottingham but I didn't get his username so hello ,nice bike.

Very pretty yellow storm, we talked to the owner for a bit, who is a member on here (from Notts) but we forgot to ask forum user name (I'm blaming Ady as he is the senior member!!)
