OK added a few more to the list, If anyone is thinking of coming along, I would recommend you get you're name down soon because if AMCQ46, MACV2 and Pete Ls brother come along it only leaves 2 or 3 spaces.
If you're undecided think of it like this, If you pay a small deposit of around £20 now you're sure of a place, and if you can't make it at the time you've only lost £20.
If you don't go on the list, then you run the risk of not being able to stop at the Bunkhouse, which then means you'll have to camp or stay in a B&B.

Hi all you Storm Troopers, just a bit of an update, I'll be posting up within the next few weeks to ask for payment for the Wales meeting, I just need to do the calculations to work out how much it will be, I'm pretty sure it worked out about £40 each when I last looked, due to this being a rather low figure I'd rather it was paid in full, but the option for anyone that would rather pay half now and half later will still be there, it just means more messing about for me, I'm sure you all know where I'm coming from.
Also as before, anyone coming in after we've paid will be asked to pay the same amount which then will go into a kitty for food and drink for everyone.

Sounds entirely reasonable, let me know what my balance is and I'll send funds.

Sorry Kev
I'm going to have to let you down on this one. It looks like we are thinking of booking a holiday around that time and I don't want to commit and then back out at the last minute.
Sorry Guys. :(

OK all you Storm Troopers.
I've sent the deposit off for the sole occupancy of the Bunkhouse, I've done the sums and it works out £40 each that is for 2 nights stay including bedding and towels, so you only need to bring a change clothes (bargain)
I will be sending a message to all involved for payment, to save me a load of messing can you all please make an effort to make full payment, if anyone is truly struggling please send at least £20 as a deposit.
As mentioned before, if anyone comes in later they will be asked to pay the same which will then be put in a kitty and used for food drink for everyone
You can pay me by Paypal, if you don't have a Paypal account then please PM me and I'll PM you my bank details
