Jonesy, does that work for you?

Who else can we collect on the way?
I’ll be at the Old Severn Bridge if you would all like an escort for the rest of the way up

Ok guys, just a quick update, as you can see from the posts, a few more have joined in.
So because of Coved rules, cross contamination of households etc, to avoid bringing attention to ourselves has a large group, we will split into 2 groups, pretty much like the old days.
AMCQ has kindly offered to take a group out, this will be known as group A, it will be quite a long ride at a spirited pace, with very few stops.
Flatline Phil has kindly offered to take another group out, this will be known as group B, this will be a much more relaxed, take the scenery in type of ride, with plenty of short stops for picture taking etc.
Both groups will be using the second man drop off system, and will require back markers, which I'm sure we'll have no problem finding on the day.
If anyone is not familiar with the second man drop off system, please speak to one of the group, it is important to stick to it.
It saves wasting time looking for lost people, and makes the ride safer for everyone.
I will be posting directions to the Bunkhouse shortly.

OK, all you. Storm troopers.
Here are the directions to the new bunkhouse, for those that have been to the previous bunkhouse it's almost the same roads.
As you enter Rhayader on the A470 turn onto the B4518 sign posted for St Harmon, continue along this road for 1.5 miles until you come to a telephone mast on your right hand side, when the mast is directly on your right, turn right onto a single track road, this is the the road to the bunkhouse, just continue straight along this road for 0.7 miles, the bunkhouse entrance will be on your left.
The address and post code is :-
Beili Neuadd
Rhayader
Powys
LD6 5NS
It's probably best to use the Sat Nav as a guide only, I believe it will take you to a farm further down the road, so best to use the directions I've given.
I will be putting some signs up with a green arrow indicating the direction to follow, these will match the latter part of the journey described above from the Telephone mast.
These signs will be about 14" square with a green arrow on a white background, placed about 2ft high off the ground on the left hand side of the road, this is mainly for Tony, to save him riding around Wales for half the night
To familiarise yourself with the signs, I will post a picture of one of them on the WhatSapp group message

a shortened version of the route at 170 miles for phil
https://www.plotaroute.com/route/1243029?units=miles

phil,
is that about the length you want otherwise I can shorten a bit more by taking off the bottom loop first.

not sure where the meet up point might be for the 2 groups but it would have to be the Machynlleth (Texaco petrol station) to make any sense, but would mean the B group waiting for a bit of a long time as we would have an extra 40 miles to do
