Time zone query

I have just registered here and I may have input the wrong time zone. What is the correct one for UK members?

I have mine set as below Moocher (click the picture to make it larger), but I'm sure it doesn't really matter as long as it's showing the right time for the UK
I'll probably need to change the summer time bit soon once the clock changes to "No" instead of "Yes".
