What's this 'out there' you speak of?

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Dragged 5 bikes out of the cave for a tidy up before I treat some of them to some winter maintenance. Storm needs new seals for the blade front end along with new pads as oil leaked on them. Went to start it and battery was flat so left it overnight to charge.
Fitted the clocks back on the Trophy and hopefully will be fitting newly painted parts if it stays dry.
Started up the FJ and wheeled it back into the cave along with the DT.
Totally ignored the Deauville and left it under its cover. Image

You won't qualify for anything except a pretty nurse to look at and a dose of hospital grade Covid if you try to get them scrubbed to the edges today!
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Back in charger and I will hed out for some fresh fuel tomorrow. To be honest she's not done any miles this year so I don't blame her for having the huff.

Pulled the trigger on a KTM Duke 390, to take over commuting duties from the XSR7. Should be fun, hopefully. Gets delivered on the 5th.
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!

Well its only a tiddler but will be my first ever new bike, despite having had loads in 30 years, even if its only a secondary to the XSR.

started dori, the LC and the mighty scooter to let them warm up and took the MT to the garage to fill the tank. mostly sideways as the roads are slimy then covered them up and built a new workbench, oh the drama of it all :D

got drunk and went on ebay :eek2 checked this morning and iv bought two chains :whatever for the LC lol, thankfully the LC and the storm both use the same 530x102 link chains,?
the older i get,the faster i was

Sod all...

Did do a few bits in the cave yesterday, was going to change the callipers on Custurd but worked out I only did it back in Sept so didn't bother. Add to the fact I only had a ltr bottle of fresh Dot 4 & didint want to use that for one calliper swap...I may have to have a mammoth bleeding sesh sometime soon & do all the Storms brakes & clutches...shouldn't take long...
