Legs off the KTM again to fit some fork socks to cover the bit Of exposed leg above the new lower mudguard.

Spacers for the discs have been painted and I am told the new ABS rings are going in to the post tomorrow..

Oh and then to celibtbrate all the money I saved not buying the wheel and the discs, I have blown that on a top spec hyper pro RSC damper and mounting kit.

As well as bling, it will be protection if the steeper geometry makes it a bit head shaky when I am chasing James over some Broads :)

Happy days

And the additional weight will help keep the front tyre nearer the tarmac sometimes.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

And fitted some neoprene covers over the exposed fork leg.

Then put the damper porn on the bike

And put it all back together

Abs ring is done and in the post, so it will come apart again for that, but then it should be all done in case the sun comes out.

Washed the crap off Custurd, cleaned, adjusted & lubed the chain.

Swapped the l/h switchgear over, dispite a good flushing with contact cleaner it started playing up again so changed it for one I have stripped & cleaned.

Swapped the tail plastics back to the now repaired yellow one.

Had Frank pick some bits for posting out tomorrow.

Looked at Rusty the Storm & thought fek it cant be bothered today...

ABS ring installed and all ready to test. So now I have to pluck up the courage to grab the front brakes too hard on a slippy road to make sure the ABS works, not sure I am looking forwards to that 8O

Stomp on the rear brake first. Lock that one up and see if the ABS works.

Then, if it does , try the front at 15mph on a gravelly patch of road. Careful, I braked a bit hard driving onto my drive, touched a gravelly bit, brakes released, and i nearly went through the garage door

Have faith, it'll work
