Well, if you've bothered cleaning it you might as well enjoy it for a while.

Well big bird has now stolen the battery off the storm and pushed the Ducati off the work bench.

Heated seat and grips, electronic suspension, tyre pressure monitoring and massive tank range. Wtf!

Not ridden it yet, so that will be the next revelation. But that has to wait till it has its own battery back in so I can put the seat back on.

Ride it as is,
probably won't be the first time you had some acid stain on yer butt :D

Hmm could this be the next phase of the Ali McQ bike journey. I can already imagine you sporting a handlebar mustache and tweed, whizzing through the countryside, making that thing do shapes it's not supposed to :P
My new ride is a bit of a Howler and I love to make her Squeal

Rode it to Area 51 & was analy probed... 8O

Well part of that statement isn't really true...it wasn't Area 51 it was an NHS centre...

Bowel Cancer screening...

So after that I went & splashed 600 squid on new boots & a jacket...I've gone all gortex for the jacket...I drew a line on spending £300 on a pair of matching trews tho !

I will be off out on the bike tomorrow... Not back into work until 2nd Jan...I may be in the cave for some time...

Your bowels are in a bad enough state that you need to wear waterproofs to go to work?

300 quid is a bit steep, it's usually only a tenner for men, so I hear

Well I can say the £600 was well spent.

Rode up to me mates in Gt Baddow yesterday, nice sunny crisp day.

Had a few Xmas bevies so stayed over...

Twas a bit damp on the way home today... Nice dry feet, bit damp around the collar of me T-shirt I had on but nothing I did't expect as I dont like a really tight collar on the jacket...

Sidi aria goretex boots & a Richa Cyclone Goretex Jacket

Finished stripping an engine ready for a rebuild in the new year. I can't decide whether to pull the pistons out though. The main bearings need replacing so it's probably worth doing the rod bearings too. The bores look fine and pulling the pistons will make it easier to clean and paint. Doing that means new rings though.
