Anyway Guys and Gals here is the state of play to date.
Great news, MJONESY has offered to pick the bench up so we can save on delivery, which in turn reduces the cost by £60 to £480, the guy who is making the bench came up with a nice idea, for an extra £30 he could put two logos on rather than one, I.e. one in two corners diagonally opposite each other, I thought that was a really good suggestion, especially after saving on the delivery.
So to sum it all up The bench with two logos will cost £510
You have all donated £470 in total, me cheekyads and cheekysue will put the extra £40 needed, so there we go, all done and dusted.

For those that can’t make it to Rhaydar I will be posting a picture of the picnic bench for all to see.

Finally I would like to thank everyone who has kindly participated, cheers Guys and Gals
Well done Kev. You are a star for sorting this all out.

Well done Kev and everyone who's participated in sorting this out - will look forward to seeing the photos and hopefully having a sit on the bench some day (might have to spill a drop of Magners on it in Martin's honour).
In case you didn't see it on another thread, please check out this link for belated publication of a thankyou from all the family for Martin's send off:

Quick update

Had a phone call this morning to say the picnic bench is ready with 2 logos as mentioned previously,
I will be arriving at the campsite around lunch time tomorrow ( Friday ) to meet MJONESY then we can head off to the workshop to pay and pick it up,
should be back at the campsite around tea time so with a bit of luck it should be at the site before most of you arrive, as mentioned before I will post a picture up for everyone to see that couldn't attend
Me and cheekysue are going to buy a few boxes of beer, Lager and cider and put them with the bench so everyone can have a drink on Martin,
and also as a thank you from us to everyone who made this happen

Once again thank you everyone

sounds like a great plan, benny always like a few tinnies in the campsite before heading to the pub  and there is no better way to christen the new bench than spliing beer on it
