Fantastic - the NSR500 was a beast but I have to say I was deffo in the Schwantz camp back then - he was scary good.
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!

You forget how much air the riders got when they made a slight mistake on the throttle!

Just watching that brought back tons of great memories, thanks for the heads up guys.

They really were Supermen back then, skillful and brave as f**k, those bikes took no prisoners. Rainey paralysed, Doohan nearly lost his leg, scary stuff. But I miss the strokers, they were top notch.
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!

Really enjoyed watching the 2-strokes being ragged about! But what was with the terrible music playing over all the interviews and covering up the 2stroke music? :(
