Step 1) next 3 days [till 11th] we will finalise the list of awards [my starter for 10 below],
Step 2) when that is agreed I will start an individual thread for each award, and we will run 19th to get the nominations.
Step 3) then on 20th I will set up a poll for each category based on the nominations, and you can Vote till Jan 1st

we cant just have "best of" awards, I like the worst / dumbest ones too as they are funny
