Keep ya fingers crossed please , i have an Interview as a Workshop Manager tomorrow at 1530. same money, but 56 miles closer to home.
missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!

cheers Guys. its a lot closer, less hrs and a lot smaller company. I will miss my bonus though.

Guys thanks for your encouraging words. It did go well, it was with 2 Managers etc, i think playing "good cop, bad cop" etc etc.
I answered all the questions etc and did very well, the issue as it turned out is!

The Agency indicated 8K over what was offered, I did tell them initially what i wanted but that seemed to be met with shock at the interview.

I told them my lowest Salary that i would require, i will have to wait and see.

If the job had been salaried at what the Agency had said i would have snapped it up.

I will keep you updated if i hear anything.
