Looking at the weather forecast, I could do with taking my Mac to Wales....
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Sat on Custard, started it up for the first time since the post off ride home...

Took a few moments of turning over before it fired up but soon setteled to a nice smooth tick over...

Better news is that sitting on it now I dont have to make brmm brmm noises...

No better news is, it wasn't as sore to sit & reach forward, not perfect but deff an improvement...

Good to hear you are getting there Mac, even if it's not as fast as you would like,

Cheers Chris, yeah was hoping for better movment by now 11weeks down the line but hey ho it is was it is.
My fault for falling off in the first place...

The bit thats causing the issue is the shoulder socket, as in I have limited rotational movment...

Riding is still off the cards, the ache/pain I could grit me teeth through but the arm has a tendency to lock up/cramp which apart from being painful isn't excatly safe...

So grit & bear it for now & hope it improves asap...

I see (in the Wales thread) you have told Kev you're not going to be fit enough to attend the Wales meeting.
Reading here how you are, that is the best thing to do IMHO, as much as you didn't want to pull out I know.

As for falling off, none of us want to, but it can happen to any of us at anytime,

Chris.

So Fracture clinic appointment to day...

Got to see the bone cutter who did the repair, had a new xray done today, he pointed out there is still a gap in the bone despite the metal work.

Says it will grow back in time, keep up the physio & we'l see you in 8 weeks... Then gave me a sick note for 4...

I managed to get a snap this time so this is the state of me arm...

Jeez Mac
You’ll never make it on holiday. How will you get past the metal detector?

I’m hoping the physio will pull that back in. Shoulders can take an age to repair. I tore some ligaments years ago and it’s still not right to this day
