No it's a relief having staples removed isn't it. It's nice to be abe to get in there and apply some cream to get rid of the itching. When I had mine removed it was actually quite soothing, the same with stiches.

They certainly are. The same type we use on dogs.

I’m sure they can give you some antibiotics for the itching and they can cure that problem too if you ask🤣

Arm is still a bit swollen spesh the inner side... I have physio booked in for this coming thursday, which should be fun...

When i saw the Doc's at fracture clinic last week i did ask how long before i can get back to work...he said at leaste 2 months... I'm really hoping i can be bike fit for then as thats OP Wales time...It might be tight but I'm gonna do my best to get there...

Have you tried an ice bath, or ice pack Mac? I broke my foot a couple of years ago before I went on holiday. Long story short I saw Col U’s physio and he put me into the ice treatment. It hurts like a SOB but really sped up my recovery. Not quite sure how you would do it but maybe ice packs?

Get a chest freezer, couple of cushions, good book, partially close lid.

May have seen these https://www.physioroom.com/catalog/Shoulder/3163.html
