The picture has lousy resolution. It looks like crinkly strips of material, some of them blackened. Is the blackening a trick of the light? Why are there so few of them?

Personally, I give up. Not enough signal to noise ratio.

It's a dryweave topsheet, possibly with wings for extra security.
No idea if you've used it already, but it looks like it.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

K and N, or maybe the triangular self-destructing filters in the airbox?

Pad bit off a plaster?

Polishing cloth (I have no idea if it is as I am not sure what one of those looks like)

Gimp gag?

Rohypnol pad?

Cornplaster designed to go between the fifth and sixth toes?

Sling or shoulder reinforcement/gammy wrist padding?

Inside of a bike glove?

Wadding from a shotgun cartridge, or blank cartridge?

Frank's knitting/crocheting/codpiece?

Webbing from between one of your "close" relative's fingers?

The only part left intact from one of Kev's love trysts with a herd of black-faced sheep after 20 minutes?

If it's not one of those I'm out, too.

Tony I admire your persistance but 14 wrong answers, some of which are a bit hurtful... Frank has no need for a codpeice & cant knit so is quiet upset at the suggestion...

Another one conceds defeat...
