Waterproof over trousers ... reccomendation

Post by AMCQ46 »

Looking for a new set of waterproof over trousers, and as I don't read many motorcycle publications I am looking to see what reccomendations any of you lot have.

I don't like 1 piece waterproofs, so looking for a light, easy to pack, well made, easy to put on, don't flap in the wind, and waterproof trouser

And KevL ... I am not asking about incontinence pants

I’ve got a Richa two piece suit to go over the top of my leathers. Folds up small and works well, for not a lot of money.

Yes, they are very good. I find them a little bulky when not being worn but they are very waterproof. The Mountain Wharehouse "pakamac" stuff is very light and works OK but seems flimsy.

Same here, they're excellent value for money, you can get sorted for as little as £52 and they do what it say on the tin.

This is the kind of thing I prefer. Roll them up and store under the seat and slide them over whatever your wearing when needs be. Cheap Gortex...you wont get more waterproof than that.

Dark, that's a good find.
I use Helle Hanson work trousers. Got a fair bit of stretch in them
Don't hassle me
I'll get there at some time
