Far to far gone for saving... New tyres 150 ? Battery 30 - 40 ? The forks batterd & the stanchions are rusty & pitted + blown a seal 100 + to sort. Don't know yet if the tank is rusty...? Has ACCT on it 40. Wheels need paint 20 in paint plus endless wet n dry or pay to have them blasted & painted £ ??? The starter looks well coroded...

Plan A is to put a battery on it just to get the milage up then start stripping it down.

Already sold the mirrors to Andy next door... £10 down just £427 to go to get me money back...

I may have just aquired a £437 boat anchor... 8O :o 8O :o

Bjeebus it's proper minging...

So the story is the guy bought it off ebay some 10 + years ago but as only 5' 2'' he decided it was too big & never really rode it, parked it up under a builders bag & left it to rot basicaly... He decide he needed to get something positive done as was feeling a bit low what with lockdown & what not so stuck it on FB for £400... I contaced him & said if no one bags it i'll give you £300 fot it... He came back quite quickly saying yes you can have it for that... He has since been back in touch & found some other bits, cover the postage & they are yours...

Deff needs a new front tyre...& you cant see the moss in this pic

Rather bizarrely the guy who I bought it off didnt send the key with it, he's posting that onto me, which of course has not arrived today...

It's a good job I have a new can of Plus gas on the shelf...

Unfortunatly a previous owner has used cheap sh1t light ally Probolt bolts on the fairing & mud guard... These seize & round off really easily...Damm

So last taxed nearly 11 years ago...

Wish me luck...please wish me luck...

There are some other bits that came with it as well, which is nice...
What did you expect for the money

I wish you a lot of luck Mac

Maybe, but I think many of us might have acted on it also.

It's what the real estate industry would describe as: 'Unique Opportunity - Renovator's Delight'.

You'll get there, keep chipping away and it's always the little things that can generate the cash
